Last night in Atlanta,Tameka “Tiny” Cottle and Antonica “Toya” Carter hosted a benefit concert in support of research for Alzheimer disease at Opera. As you all have learned from watching the Tiny & Toya show, Tiny’s father; Charles Pope is currently suffering from the disease.
According to attendees/performers ranging from from S2S magazine publisher Jamie Foster Brown, Kandi, KieshaBabi, Toya and others, For The Love of Our Fathers benefit concert was quite successful!
Following stellar but brief performances from classic R&B group The Tams (which includes Tiny’s father and brother; Redd), The OMG Girlz, Kandi, Jaheim, Pleasure P amongst others. Rapper T.I. took the stage in the end and gave what is believed to be his first ever appearance since being released from jail. “I am very well, very happy to be seen” said the rapper as he joined Tiny on the stage.
The night’s surprise surely did not end there, Tiny and her ex-bandmate Kiesha Babi closed out the event with their first on stage performance in five years.
T.I., who wasn’t going to let the night end so quickly had another surprise up his sleeves. As Tiny walked out the club, a blue Porsche Panamera topped with a red bow awaited for her outside! “I have to say I’ve had my eye on this for a while” admitted Tiny as Kandi and Jamie F. Brown piled in for the new car smell. Our contributor; LnP03 sent over a snapshot of Tiny’s new car exclusively for you readers as you can see below and our friend also found out that the car comes with a very nice 100K price tag attached to it. DAMN! Now that’s a car! The ladies took to their twitter pages to express thanks to their fans for such a wonderful and successful show including well deserved praise to one another.
I received an email from a loyal reader of TTCO last week and she recommended that I start a video day on the website. Since I have the Throwback Editions which has been doing very well that features old photos of Tiny with company or by herself along with the Cutie Editions which features Tiny’s children. It’s only right that I take into consideration a fan’s request and deliver, after all they are the soul reason this site is still functioning due to all the outpouring of love that they have shown.
This will be the first edition in our Sunday Video Bliss (SVB). It features Tiny in Xscape’s Do you want to. Tiny sang lead on this song and it is one of my favorite Xscape songs so there you have it folks! You can send in your requests via email for the video song that you want to see posted every Sunday of Tiny. As you all know the Halloween Party with the OMG Girlz took place on the 31st of Oct at Skate Towne in Atlanta. Photographer NekeRazzi was on the scene bringing forward Backstage pass access to the event, and we are very thankful because that allows us to share backstage access to you good people, the readers. Tiny and Keisha’s (Keisha Babi of Xscape) girls are on their way! According to Atlanta celebrity photographer FreddyO, the OMG Girlz performed over the weekend in Atlanta at the Power Generation Conference. From the looks and feel of these snapshots, the girls did their thing!

While at the mall for the OMG Girls live performance last weekend, Tiny, Toya (Tiny & Toya show) and KeishaBabi (Former Xscape member) watched in approval mode as a talented boy group serenaded the ladies. I am note sure if they are signed to the company or just performers that were there and decided to put on show for them. Regardless, they are TALENTED! to say the least.
