Tiny & Toya show return for Season 2 |

Last season, singer/Grammy award winning writer — Tameka “Tiny” Cottle along with her best friend Antonia “Toya” Carter came into the homes of 3+ million viewers with their unique life stories via their reality show; Tiny & Toya and won over hearts. Now the ladies are back for another season of their BET popular show and fans are very exited. According to sources, the Tiny & Toya show has wrapped up filming process a couple weeks ago and the show will return to BET in April.
Executive produced by James Dubose entertainment/BET Networks and co-executive produced by Tameka “Tiny” Cottle and Antonia Carter, Tiny & Toya season two will premiere at 10 PM on April 13th. Find out what both ladies are up to for the upcoming season after the break.

These amazingly adorable photos are of T.I. and Tiny’s first son; King on a dinner date with his mommy; Tiny, a while back. Judging from these snapshots, it looks like the celebration was being conducted in honor of King, so I guess it was the little guy’s birthday dinner. In attendance were Phaedra Parks (Atlanta Attorney, as seen on Tiny & Toya show), Toya (Tiny&Toya show). The look on his face in the third pic below is to die for!

I stumbled across this article scan of Xscape. The brief article which was published in the 90’s shows a snapshot of the ladies, Tiny is on the right side of the pic, but I specifically highlighted her face for some of you. Good times! I wish I knew the source of the original pic though.
According to I.Burke, he brought Xscape to Jermaine Durpi 19th birthday party to sing and he was later awarded by J.D. when Xscape became the first group on So So Def. Not sure how old Tiny was back then, nor if she gave birth to Zonnique already.

Throwback Edition: Singing group Xscape |

It has been a while since we have had a Throwback Edition entry on the site, so I was more than happy when I opened up my inbox and found these photos of Tiny with Xscape. If you did not know, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle was one fourth of the popular 90’s singing group – Xscape.

Thank you to Angela for selecting me a new writer for www.TamekaTinyCottleOnline.com! I am so happy to be a part of this team! I had a chance to visit Tiny’s Nail Bar! I had such a wonderful time! I had to calm down before I walked in. I am such a fan! LOL
Shoutout to Ms. Emily for greeting me as soon as I walked in the door! She took my coat, made sure I was comfortable and offered me a beverage while I waited. She even sat down with me and showed me the designs they offered. I was unsure of what I wanted to get. I normally just wear an American Manicure but I decided to try something different!

Following her photo-shoot with Rob Ector, Taylor-Ector studio’s Khadja Jacob conducted this brief interview with Tiny, where she speaks on various subjects from incarcerated rappers, cuddle time with T.I. to business ventures. When asked how was it to transition from being in the limelight all the time to taking the back burner to support T.I., she humbly answers:
It was cool, I got a chance to rest and just be normal. I think I got to get used to that.
One and a half minute into the interview, Tiny was also asked how does it make her feel when so many people are making it seem that rappers going to jail is a trend, but they’re not realizing there’s people behind it?
