OLD SCHOOL: Tiny in Xscape PhotosWednesday, July 7th, 2010 Opening my inbox yesterday, this is what I found..some rare photos of Tiny with her singing group Xscape. I love, love, love these photos! I highlighted Tiny’s face in the photo above just in case some might have difficulty pointing her out, which I doubt, but just in case.  I love this photo directly above, because it really shows the ladies maturing into grown women. This one doesn’t seem as old as the first one. Thank you to Facebook fan, Nichelle! Must Watch:Rare video of Xscape in the early yearsSaturday, July 3rd, 2010 Check out this very rare video of 1990′s platinum selling singing group; Xscape performing ‘Hold On’. This video is so rare because there a less than a few video on the internet which really shows the singing group doing a live performance in front of an audience where you can actually capture their voices and see their faces clearly.  Another thing about this video that makes it rare is there was a 5th member in Xscape besides Tameka”Tiny”Cottle, Kandi Burrus, Latocha & Tamika Scott. She is not really shown here to a max, but you can kind of see her. In case you need clarification, Tiny is the one singing in the green pants..the beat-boxing around the 2:30 mark was classic! Mrs.Harris blessed the stage around the 2:40 mark, such a big voice coming out of such a little person. #Cute. This week’s throwback editions features the ladies of Xscape. If you are just visiting us at TamekaTinyCottleOnline.com,then it’s only right to inform you that Xscape was a popular 90′s singing group in which Tiny was one fourth of. We’re all aware that Kandi Burrus left the group and was replaced by Tiny’s parter; Keisha Babi who currently manages the OMG Girlz with Tiny and can be seen on the last season of the Tiny & Toya show as well as the new upcoming season. But in this photo, Kiesha is no where to be found and we are unable to identify this young lady standing to the right of Tiny. [Photo courtesy of Janay] SVB: Tiny in “Do you want to”Sunday, January 31st, 2010 I received an email from a loyal reader of TTCO last week and she recommended that I start a video day on the website. Since I have the Throwback Editions which has been doing very well that features old photos of Tiny with company or by herself along with the Cutie Editions which features Tiny’s children. It’s only right that I take into consideration a fan’s request and deliver, after all they are the soul reason this site is still functioning due to all the outpouring of love that they have shown. This will be the first edition in our Sunday Video Bliss (SVB). It features Tiny in Xscape’s Do you want to. Tiny sang lead on this song and it is one of my favorite Xscape songs so there you have it folks! You can send in your requests via email for the video song that you want to see posted every Sunday of Tiny. Also since Youtube’s Vevo launch, you will be able to see the video in High Definition and really see certain things you could not clearly see in the video before. Enjoy! Throwback Edition: Xscape Magazine Article ScanSunday, January 24th, 2010 I stumbled across this article scan of Xscape. The brief article which was published in the 90′s shows a snapshot of the ladies, Tiny is on the right side of the pic, but I specifically highlighted her face for some of you. Good times! I wish I knew the source of the original pic though. According to I.Burke, he brought Xscape to Jermaine Durpi 19th birthday party to sing and he was later awarded by J.D. when Xscape became the first group on So So Def. Not sure how old Tiny was back then, nor if she gave birth to Zonnique already. Throwback Edition: Singing group XscapeThursday, January 21st, 2010 It has been a while since we have had a Throwback Edition entry on the site, so I was more than happy when I opened up my inbox and found these photos of Tiny with Xscape. If you did not know, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle was one fourth of the popular 90′s singing group – Xscape. The group included Bravo’s hit reality television star, Kandi Burrus along with sisters Tameka and Latocha Scott. TwittVille: Tiny glamored up + Major P is set!Saturday, November 14th, 2009 Last night Tiny had a photo shoot with photographer Rob Ector. TamekaTinyCottleOnline.com is currently awaiting on the actual shots to surface, but until then Mrs.Harris decided to twitpic her fans two different pose while she was glamored up..and we love it! Hair and make-up is fierce.  Also Tiny also had a hour long video chat inside TAGS (Kandi’s new store) three days ago with her friend/former band-mate; Kandi Burrus along with her friend/Co-Star; Antonia Carter. KeishaBabi (Friend/Kandi’s replacement in Xscape) made a brief appearance. The ladies discussed a range of things from female rappers to fake twitter pages and more. Check out the recorded video after the break. On the way to the chat, one of the ladies tweeted that they were coming from the lawyers office and that The OMG Girlz have been signed to Major P.Productions so that mean Major P. is a go! Stay tuned… R.I.P AJ, condolences to Kandi and FamilySaturday, October 3rd, 2009 TamekaTinyCottleOnline.com have just been informed from several news sources that singing group Xscape’s former member and RHOA’s Kandi Burrus have suffered a tragic lost. Kandi’s fiance; “AJ” who is a frequent feature on the show has been killed inside an Atlanta club, Friday evening. Upon his rush arrival to Piedmont Hospital, he was pronounce dead. Fellow friends are sending out their respect:
UPDATE 1: Sister 2 Sister magazine is reporting that AJ was killed a little while after having sexual intercourse with a woman by the name of Veronica who is believed to be the owner of popular Atlanta strip club; Body Tap. Here is the quote below:
UPDATE 2: AJC is reporting that Atlanta police have charged Frederick Richardson with voluntary manslaughter this Saturday following his “one-on-one” fight with the deceased, Kandi’s ex-fiance– AJ Jewell.
